Sage Body Balance, LLC, is
an avenue for sharing a passion for health with others. Many have found that yoga and Pilates are the best ways of enhancing overall health and happiness. They are the disciplines that will bring us to our 120's! Or at the very least, have us feeling better each day we're alive. Personal training is a way of guiding someone through his or her own physical and psychological barriers in order to reach a higher level of overall functioning in all facets of life. And it's fun! I offer:
- Classes at several times and locations throughout the week.
- Personal mat Pilates sessions
- Personal yoga sessions
- Personal weight and/or cardio training sessions
Classes are offered at a reasonable rate and personal session fees are on a sliding scale. I make an effort to work with people regardless of ability to pay.
